Décor Items

With the help of Courier Guy, we hope to make delivery as quick as possible. Courier is charged per order and depends on the size and weight of each order. Depending on product availability and detail, deliveries can take between 3 – 10 business days to reach anywhere in Gauteng. Anywhere outside Gauteng may delay the process by a day or two. The package you receive will too be put together using recycled boxes and plastic – we don’t like waste!

Custom orders have an extended lead-time, and is calculated per order. Please contact us in writing for more information.

If you do not receive your order within 14 working days please advise us in writing and we will help locate your order.

Should there be any delay in production of your order, for any reason whatsoever – we will send you an update via email.

We do not yet deliver internationally.

Furniture

Furniture items delivery charges are calculated per order and item. Prices vary depending on the size of the order and the distance from our factory. Delivery charged will be quoted for via email, once a delivery address has been provided.

If you would like to collect your order directly from our factory please advise and we will email you the collection address. Collection from our factory must be during office hours only: Monday- Thursday 7:30am to 4:00pm and Fridays 7:30am – 1:30pm. ID is required in order to verify your collection. If someone is collecting on your behalf please advise us of their full name and surname.
